Shipments and Returns
Most products are sources internationally to give you the best possible price. The compromise for this is that there will be a delay in getting your items quickly, as a general rule most items are shipped within a couple of days from when the order is placed and then allow 10 to 20 days shipping. However due to COVID19 please be aware that flights might be limited as well as there may be delays in customs, these are possible. Our team will be in regular contact with the couriers to get you the latest possible information. So please be patient and we will work through this with you.
Our team here at Rotary Club of Wyndham Harbour has teamed up with some of the best suppliers around the Asian region to be able to source the highest quality products and offer them to you a significantly cheaper prices than the local market. More importantly we also display the Reviews for you so you can get an idea of feedback from other people.
All returns need to be handled by our team, so please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will go through the process with you.
This will be relatively seamless, you have a 12 month warranty on all items as per the governments laws and we are here to support the process to either have the item fixed or replaced.
When returning the product please ensure it is well packaged and return it to the address advise to by our returns team.
